Terms of Service

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the listed items. We confirm the order once we’ve contacted you and checked stock. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or the delivery address is outside our service area.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier the full amount, including any delivery fee, when the parcel arrives.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with location and courier load. Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can coordinate delivery.

You may cancel before the parcel is dispatched by contacting us. Repeated refusal of confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may lead us to require verification before accepting future orders.

Returns are handled under our returns policy. In short, we accept a return, replacement, or refund only when an item arrives damaged, wrong, or defective — reported promptly after delivery with your order number and photos. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

Our website chat and social inbox are answered by an AI assistant, with a member of our team available whenever you ask or whenever the assistant cannot help. The assistant answers from our own catalogue and your order data, and does not negotiate prices or make promises outside our published policies.

An AI answer is information, not a binding offer. The order you place at checkout — and our confirmation of it — is what forms the contract. If a chat reply ever conflicts with the site, the site and our published policies take precedence.

Do not use the site to place fraudulent orders, disrupt the service, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access for misuse.

We work to describe products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
